The Extender is easy to use, cannot be seen beneath loose trousers, and can be worn while you sleep. MAXWILLY increases both penis length and girth by using traction to assist the human body's natural ability to change and develop under physical influence.

The same principle has also been used in surgery to lengthen fingers or legs and also to cover tissue defects in the face. HOW TO USE MAXWILLY?
